The Project

ABOUT

Lena participated in a production internship with America's Got Talent, where she gained firsthand experience in the collaborative process of producing a nationally televised entertainment program.

Working alongside creative and production professionals, she observed how storytelling, talent development, technical production, and audience engagement come together to create live television. Lena interacted with musical acts and the production teams during live-show preparation, gaining hands-on experience in talent coordination and television production.
